We offer implementation support to equip primary care and specialty clinics across Oklahoma to screen for and treat patients' mental health and substance use conditions.
For the clinics selected to participate in Track 1, we provide intensive technical assistance and training. For the clinics selected to participate in Track 2, we offer less intensive but structured technical assistance and support for adding or enhancing integrated care practices. We also offer a free, publicly accessible resource library — including tools, trainings, evidence, and opportunities for continuing education — designed for use by physicians, nursing staff, behavioral health providers, clinic leaders, and billing and administrative professionals.
There is no cost for clinics to participate in Track 1, Track 2, or to access our resources. The clinics selected to participate in Track 1 will receive funding and in-clinic support for long-term, sustainable Collaborative Care implementation.
The Center is powered by Healthy Minds Policy Initiative, a non-profit, non-partisan organization focused on solving Oklahoma’s mental health and substance use challenges.
